Flexibility and modularity of the offices represent a real challenge due to current configuration of the premises. Indeed, for any configuration possible, it is necessary to preserve the technical features needed in a workplace (networks, power supply, energy, etc.) and acoustic comfort of each office or meeting space. As for the building, it remains emblematic because of its unique location in the city and its characteristic architectural features, including a large glass facade that provides numerous views of the left bank of Bordeaux (Pont de Pierre, Saint-Michel church, etc.) and the greener right bank.

Another challenge is to highlight each floor's potential. The layout of each space on each level is designed to faithfully reflect the internal organization of each institution. Interior spaces are rigorously arranged; the circulation between offices, fix-office, flex-office express clear and intuitive connections. The layout we designed creates fluid but identifiable spaces. The appropriation of workspace will be simple, easy and immediate. A great deal of care has been devoted to the implementation of controlled access, given the mission of institutions moving into the building, and the security and confidentiality requirements they respond to.
