In such a rich and varied urban context, on the edge of the Arcachon basin, the installation of these new buildings must both assert its presence and its vocation, but also be imbued with a sense of responsibility. The volumetry presents a "strong form" that integrates gently but firmly into the urban landscape through a series of "soft" and "frank" tensions. As such, our building is part of an ambitious, perfectly measured urban and landscape composition. The general form generates thicknesses, heights, gauges and depths allowing to always propose a view towards the outside without ever obtruding the quality of the links and the extensions towards the urban landscape or the heart of the block.
