After carrying out a diagnosis of the existing building on the Place de Verdun, W-Architectures carried out the restructuring of this commercial hall, as well as the development of its immediate surroundings. The market hall, which has come down to us as it was at the end of the 19th century, had to undergo a major restoration in the autumn of 1992, to restore the roof and the structure, as well as to repair the flagstone. Maintenance work continued in the early 2010s with the waterproofing of the terrace and the renovation of the stone railing. The latest work has made it possible to make the building air and watertight.
